Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible, returns must be unused, with tags attached, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

For European Union purchases, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—provided it meets the same condition requirements.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For exchanges, simply return the first item and place a separate new order for the item you want.
