Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@beuvy.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and address details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened skincare, makeup, or bodycare products) cannot be returned once used.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
