1. Where does Beuvy ship from?
We work with trusted international suppliers to deliver your favorite beauty and wellness products directly to your door. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days in the UK. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
4. What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel it, as it will already be in processing.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the product and packaging, and our support team will help you with a replacement or refund.
6. Do you offer returns or refunds?
